Do you have book jacket covers on rolls?

            We currently do not offer book jacket covers on rolls, but we are evaluating our customers’ product needs and welcome your input.  Email us and tell us what your library uses.  Many of our customers have found the cost per linear foot of our sheeted book jacket covers to be so much less than rolls, they have switched to sheeted book jacket covers.

 

Do you have book jacket covers with tabs?

We currently do not offer book jacket covers with tabs, but we are evaluating our customers’ product needs and welcome your input.  Email us and tell us what your library uses.

 

What other products do you plan to have in the future?

            We are currently planning to expand our product line to include several additional styles of book jacket covers:

1.      Rolls

2.      Center-slit

3.      Adhesive tabbed

4.      2 mil film

What types of shipping do you offer and what is the cost?

             Usually, we will ship UPS or R&L Carriers--the determining factors are:  the size of the order and the cost of shipping.  For large orders -- over two hundred pounds -- we have negotiated a very competitive discount with R&L Carriers.  The cost of shipping will be included in the invoice to the customer.

 

How soon can you ship my order?

            Most orders are shipped within twenty-four hours.  We maintain a large inventory in our warehouse so that we can provide prompt shipping.  If shipping will be delayed due to a product shortage, your account representative will notify you of the delay and provide you with any alternatives.  You can email us at admin@rtbarbee.com to inquire about the shipping status of your orders.

 

R.T. Barbee Co. has been in business for 80 years.  Why have I not heard of your company?

How thick are your book jacket covers?

            We currently offer 1.5 mil book jacket covers, but plan to add 2 mil book jacket covers soon.

Are the receipt paper rolls on your website all that you carry?

            We carry thousands of sizes and styles of receipt paper rolls.  Please send us information on the size of rolls that you need or the printer that you use and we will provide a quote specifically for your library.

 

What does our library need to do to set up purchasing with R.T. Barbee Co?

            Public libraries in the Continental United States are pre-approved for Net-30 terms.  We provide terms to many educational and organizational libraries also.  Please contact Tony Wegmann to determine if your library qualifies for terms.  For individuals and other organizations, we will discuss billing with you on receipt of your order.  Contact us to discuss these options.

 

What type of guarantee does your product have?

            We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects.  If you have a problem with any or our product, contact us immediately so that we can help to diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

 

What is your policy concerning returns?

            We replace any defective product at no cost to our customers.  We also provide replacement products for any order that is not filled correctly.  If you order a product that is not defective and need to return the product, you may be subject to a fifteen percent re-stocking fee.  Please contact Tony Wegmann with any questions about returns.  Our goal is to be sure that all of our customers are treated fairly.

 

We get a great discount from our current vendor so why should we consider R.T. Barbee Co?

            Our customers typically find that our prices are lower than the discounted prices of our competitors.  We do not play games by inflating our prices and then discounting them to select customers.  Customers, who closely compare our products to those of our competitors, find that our products are significantly less expensive—even when the competitors are providing an additional discount over their catalog prices.
